This is when all the visions pained over finally come together and get assembled for broadcast.
Producer, director, creative editors, musicians, and graphic design, all work with the on-line or finishing editor to conform the final master.
It is important for the editor to understand each art form and all the technologies associated with that art form.
But most importantly..... he must be a master politician.
